Why does he laugh at what i say?

Everytime i say something this guy that i know hel laughs like it is the funniest thing in the world... He is like telling people you know kim,is mad funny..... He was on three way once with someone else and they called my phone i heard him laughin at things i was saying in the background... (his friend was asking me out)
