Neutrogena skin clearing liquid foundation or Bareminerals?

I would buy Loreal's Bare Natural Mineral Foundation, as I have oily skin and it controls the oil pretty well. It works just as ell as bare mineral (I have bought that too), but at half the cost. About 13.99 each, wait for a buy one get one free at wal-greens.
