Difference Between Diffusion and Osmosis?

Diffusion is movement of particles from an area of high concentration to low concentration, osmosis is movement of water only from an area of high water potential to low water potential. In other words the water moves to dilute solutes so if a cell is put into distilled water, water will move into the cell to try to dilute it so the cell will swell up.
