Can i expect my mom in law to help me with my twin babies aswell she is doing all of the house chores?

They are four months old n i have another daughter six year old. She is doing laundries broom mop dishes lunches dinner n all for me but sometimes i get mad coz she never helps me with babies i get tiered too and she doesnt want me to do home chores.
