How do DJ's get that distinct voice that says their name? like every DJ has the same voice say their name.?

like the voice will come out in the beginning of a song like " DJ BLend" or even Jeresey SHore's " DJ Pauly Delvecchio" . it comes in that deep voice. just wondering how they do that or who does it .
