Tamil Tiger video killing is genuine, declares the UN.What is your opinion?

There is no need of video.Killing is arbitrary and plain.There was none to object including Indian Government.It is High time that Government of India should insist for independent enquiry in killing innocent Tamils.Effective efforts in this regard is to be initiated by political parties in T.N.Responsibility lies with GOI also because it helped Sri Lanka a lot in this respect.
