Is the common "God does not murder" argument really morally consistent?

While on the surface your entire question and logic seems compelling, in reality its logic lacks consistency. I applaud your asking and trying to make sense or trying to make others see what makes sense to you. I am not sure if an adequate answer will fit in the confines and limits allowed in Yahoo Answers.
