What are some websites for tweens where you can actually talk 2 ppl and there are guys and girls?

i've looked this question up SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO many times not exaggerating probably over 100 but i never find anything good! i need something thats free, non-downloadable, and a place where guys and girls can chat. none of those babyish werid things like dizzywood or anything, i hate that website, your like hardly allowed to say anything, i need something where like, theres hardly or no rules. ooo an no runescape, that site is rlly retarded...... and i really need it... or i will have like nothing 2 do on the computer.... sooo plz try to answer mi questionnnnn..... thx!
