Which college town would you pick of these 3?

I've narrowed my college search down to either the University of Colorado at Boulder, University of Texas Austin, or the University of Wisconsin at Madison. All are good schools, in nice towns, so I'm just wondering which one you would pick and why? btw I live in Minneapolis, MN - but distance isn't an issue, i'd like to get away for college.
