I have craftsman mini snow plow tractor?

theres is a blizzard outside my house and i would like to try it out, but it wont start, it been sitting outside since it started, is it because it is cold or what, it was turning on yesterday just fine, and the gas is new, it wont even try to start, all i hear are clicks (click click) what could be the problem
