How likely is it that I am pregnant?

Stopped the pill because it had been causing me trouble (breakthrough bleeding etc) and my boyfriend was also going away for a while so i thought i may as well give my body a break from the pill. When he came back though, i started feeling paranoid and decided to start taking it again. I'd been taking it for 3 days after a 3 week break when we had and the condom split. I know i could be pregnant. But would the chances be lessened because of this?
