Why doesn't Strauss-Kahn already have diplomatic immunity?

I'm just glad that even those 1% Elites who own the World Monetary Banking Systems thus controlling 99% of the Worlds Population through Econimic Monetary manipulations actually have a conscience of Evil. When their Power has destroyed whole communities in undeveloped countries for pure Profit, it's nice to know they care about this Hotel Maid being ually aulted :-\
