Will I get into UConn, LSU and Florida State?

Your ACT score is not high, but it isn't terrible either. The good news is, with the exception of U Conn, the colleges you are looking at are not selective. You should have no issues getting into LSU, or even Florida State, but U Conn may be a bit more of a stretch, but certainly not out of reach. If you really want to try your luck, you can apply to UNC, Florida, Virginia Tech, or Texas. You probably won't get in those, but its not impossible.
