What is this thing called

Jack in the Box has an iced tea dispenser that has a plastic bag inside with a long white spout that sticks out through the hole where te spigot would be. They stick the spout through the hole, fill the bag wih the tea, and tie it closed. Then they throw the bag away. I want to buy one of these but don't quite know how to find it. HELP!!
