Everybody's different, but in theory, as long as you continue to take your hormone pills at the same time every day, you shouldn't bleed. Especially if you have done this before with good results, don't worry about it too much. Take period supplies with you though, worst-case scenario you'll get a little spotting or something, it definitely won't be a regular period.
