Piercing question! Please help! 10 lovely points!?

Hello! I had my septum, Monroe and lip pierced at a 16 gauge. I've had them done about a year ago. I've had them all out for 4 months and while still open, they are now all at a 22/20 gauge (size od a regular earring). I can slip an earring in the holes with ease. I was wondering if I could get them streched by a piercer to their original state or would I have to get them all re-done? Thanks very much and I'll promptly give 10 points to the best answer.
