Is there any good programs (preferably freeware) that will do what the "consolidate" function does in itunes?

Itunes has a feature where it will put all your songs into your itunes music folder on your mac computer. I want to do this but i do not have the space on my internal hard drive for all my music. So i want to do this function to organize it all, but i need something where i can choose where it moves the songs to. suggestions?
