Did Obama earn a living suing banks who refused make bad loans in "redlined" neighborhoods or not?

They were threatened by Attorney General Janet Reno,under President Clinton,if loans were not given to people who were not qualified,they would face law suits.Because in 1995 Clinton had changed the CRA act to include welfare and unemployment checks as income.
