Am i going to be overshadowed by other athletes on my team?

ok so let me im a high school pole vaulter. last year was my first year vaulting as a freshman and i cleared 11'. now im very happy about that for my first year but we have another 11' vaulter wih his first year, a 12' vaulter his first year, a 13 and a 14' vaulter. id like to go to college for vaulting as im hoping to progress to 13 or 14 at least his year but the others should progress the same and im wondering if ill be overshadowed recruits.
